Settings → Networking → Ad hoc server address
Pick an ArenaAnywhere server from the dropdown, then set these three options:
Port offset10000
Server-provided packet relayON
Enable UPnPOFF
Choose the server closest to you:

Open your game → Ad-hoc mode → LOBBY
Both players join the same group name (usually LOBBY). One creates a room, the other scans. If settings match, rooms show up straight away. Full guide →
